HAIR STYLES FOR DIWALI

Want to have a different Hairstyle this Diwali without going to a saloon? Then this is the perfect place for you.

Lets try hair styles you can come up with being home.

CURLS

Lets make a change, Do some curls without any Hazel, And HEAT. Heat destroys your hair and makes it dry

Tip

  • Avoid using heat on your hair daily, it makes your hair dry and hair looses its shine
  • Don't blow dry your hair regularly or right after your bath, instead let your hair dry for some time and then use blow dryer. if needed.

Lets start with curls without heat.

There are basically 7 ways to curl your hair without heat

  1. T-shirting your tight curls

Wash your hair perfectly with your regular shampoo and conditioner. Comb out the tangles and dry it with a soft towel,

Cut the Tshirt into long strips. cut it using scissors cut them wide enough if you want big curls and if you want small curls cut them to about 1 inch. Cut it until you have enough strips for your hair, leave the sleeves as it is too small. If you don't have an old T-shirt you can use an old Socks, Towel

Roll your hair, use comb to seperate the hair sections, Roll the strip from the end to the top of the hair and then when you reach the top take both the ends of the strip and tie it. If you want small curls or curls only in the ends then stop rolling halfway and take the end of the strips and tie it
It should look like this...

LET IT DRY

Let your hair dry for at least 1 hour or half an hour and then open the strips and you may get your curls. If you find it much curly and u want loosened curls you can use a wide end comb and separate it with it.

DIWALI

Diwali - Time to celebrate!

It was a dark, moonless night when Lord Ram, the king of Ayodhya returned back home along with his beautiful wife, Sita after having vanquished the demon, Ravan (king of lanka who abducted Sita) and completing his 14 years of ban.

To honour this rejoice homecoming of their king, the kingdom lit his path in lightening and ignited oil lamps to take his to his way Thus this began the tradition of lighting oil lamps and decorating the homes and public places with mud ware oil lamps. This 5 days celebration came to be known as Diwali/Deepavali.

As lamp and fireworks help to illuminate different corners of the night.
To welcome their king in the kingdom every person get dressed in an ethnic way.
